1- OLD ORCHARD COUNTRY CLUB, Mount Prospect, Illinois..

Master planning for zoning and annexation. 200-acre site with existing 27-hole golf course. Replanned to retain the 18-hole golf course and accomodate 2,400 new dwelling units.

2- NEW CENTURY TOWN, Vernon Hills, Illinois..

A joint venture of Urban Investment Development Co., Sears Roebuck & Co., and Marshall Field & Co. Master plan for a "New Town" development on a 600-acre site. Master plan included a regional center (now in operation as Hawthorn Center), 5,000 dwelling units, ancillary commercial sites, and a 150-acre park development. Project under construction.

3- FOX VALLEY EAST

Feasibility planning. A 4,000-acre development between Aurora and Naperville, Illinois.

4- VILLAGE ON THE LAKE, Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

Master planning and site development planning. 27acres; 900 dwelling units. (Under construction; 50% complete.)

5- FOX HILLS, Staten Island, New York.

Feasibility planning. 15 acres; 800 dwelling units.

6- ORLAND PARK, Illinois.

Feasibility planning. Regional Shopping Center. 240 acres; 1,200 dwelling units.

7- MGIC PLAZA, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Feasibility and preliminary site planning; MGIC national headquarters, office building, hotel site, and underground garage.

8- RIVER OAKS WEST, Calumet City, Illinois.

Master planning for a 650-acre site. The plan includes a 180-acre commercial area with a shopping center (completed), an 18-hole golf course, 800 dwelling units. Approximately 400 dwelling units and golf course have been completed.

9- TAM O'SHANTER GOLF COURSE, Niles, Illinois.

Feasibility planning study.

10- GLENDALE HEIGHTS CENTRE, Glendale Heights, Illinois.

Office and industrial center on 25 acres, consisting of a total of 400,000 SF of building area.

11-NILES PARK DISTRICT, Niles, Illinois.

Master planning for recreation, site acquisition, and abond issue for implementation.

Land use planning. Zoning and annexation for approximately 850-Acres into the Village of Northbrook. Continuing consulting relating to Developer contracts and negotiations, review and approval of all projects planned for Society's land, which are being developed on land which is leased.
