Zalman Y. Alper has nearly fifty years of experience as an architect, first in partnership with his father, Max Alper, and later as President of the firm of Alper & Alper, Architects & Planners. The firm’s past projects have included apartment complexes, shopping centers, office buildings and recreational facilities; today the firm specializes in Urban Land Planning.
