INTERBUILD LTD. provides a comprehensive package of services to architects, developers, and institutional clients which begin with consulting during the planning stages of the project. Together with the Architect, Interbuild specifies all the hardware based on functional and design analysis which take into account the safety, security, and aesthetic considerations. It during this analysis that the standards for the project are established.

Door and Hardware lists are issued to the various trades (Hollow Metal, Aluminum, Millwork) to coordinate the production of doors and frames. As the project progresses, Interbuild preforms project maintenance by recording changes and revisions and keeping the various trades advised as to the current status of the project.

When the Hardware is delivered to the job, Interbuild organizes the storeroom by labeling each item with the same Product Code (P-Code) used in the computerized door and hardware lists. When the hardware is distributed to the various trades, detailed bills of quantity are prepared which show all items given to each trade. As the hardware is distributed, the trades are trained in the proper installation and adjustment of the hardware.

As the job progresses Interbuild makes regular site visits to ensure that the hardware is being installed properly.

Upon turnover of the project to the owner, Interbuild trains the maintenance staff in the adjustment and preventative maintenance required by each item including technical manuals, special tools, etc.
